People or pets walked through the scan

What you see

Someone walked past while you scanned, and now there are smeared shapes, ghostly bits or holes where they were.

Why it happens

The model is built from everything the camera sees. A person or pet moving through the room shows up in some photos but not in others, so that area comes out messy.

How to fix

1. Ask people and pets to stay out of the room, or behind you, while you scan.
2. If someone walks through, wait until they're gone, then sweep slowly over that area again so the app gets a clear view.
3. Trim any leftover bits afterwards with Edit, then Crop or Cleanup.
