Blurry or smeared texture

What you see

Walls look smudged, streaky or faded, and details are hard to read.

Why it happens

Photos taken while the phone moves fast, in dim light, or with something covering the lens come out soft, and the texture is built from them.

How to fix

1. Move slowly and hold the phone steady while you sweep.
2. Turn on the room lights so the camera has enough light.
3. Keep your fingers and the case away from the camera.
