Floating bits around the model

What you see

Small loose pieces float in the air around the model, or stray patches stick out past the walls.

Why it happens

Glass, mirrors, people walking by and quick glances at far-away areas leave a few depth readings that don't belong to any real surface.

How to fix

1. Open the scan, tap Edit, then Cleanup, and tap Remove floaters (shown as Floaters on smaller screens).
2. For bigger stray pieces, tap Crop. Use Box to trim around the room and tap Apply, or use Lasso to draw around the parts you want gone and tap Delete.
3. Tap Save to keep the changes. You can try every editing tool for free; saving edits needs Pro.
