Object capture failed

What you see

The app reports an error or says it couldn't build the model from your photos.

Why it happens

There weren't enough overlapping photos, or the background had too little detail for the photos to be matched up.

How to fix

1. Capture again and go all the way around with plenty of overlap between shots.
2. Place the object on a surface with some visible detail, not a plain empty one.
3. Tap Process again. The app may also retry on its own.
