A large room comes out wrong

What you see

In a big room or hall, the plan is skewed or walls don't meet.

Why it happens

Larger spaces take longer to scan and the phone drifts more, so errors build up.

How to fix

1. Aim for rooms up to about 9 × 9 m per scan.
2. If you need to split a big area, split it at a doorway or another natural break. Each scan becomes its own floor plan; the app doesn't join separate scans together.
