Thin parts are missing

What you see

Wires, straps, leaves, thin legs or open weaves come out broken, blobby or missing.

Why it happens

Very thin details are hard to match up between photos, especially when they look like the background behind them.

How to fix

1. Move your phone a little closer to thin parts as you circle, so they show up clearly in the photos.
2. Place the object on a surface that contrasts with it, so thin edges stand out.
3. Very fine details, like single wires or hair, may not come out at all. Solid, chunky parts scan best.
