A stand or base is stuck to the model

What you see

The thing holding your object up shows up as part of the model.

Why it happens

The stand is in every photo, so it gets built along with the object.

How to fix

1. Open the scan, tap Edit, then Cleanup.
2. Tap Remove support. Red shows what will be cut away; tap a red area to keep it, then tap Remove.
